  • Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we receive on an appointment only basis, to make sure we can dedicate ourselves 100% to one bride at the time.
  • How long is the appointment?
Our appointments usually last up to one hour but let us know if you have a different request and we'll try to accomodate you.
  • What should I bring to the appointment?
Just bring your beautiful self and, if you can, we encourage you to wear nude underwear.
  • How many people can I come with?
Due to the limited space in our cosy atelier we recommend a maximum of two people to accompany you.
  • What is the gowns' price range?
Our made to order dresses range from £1800 to £3600. We also have a vast selection of samples available to purchase at a range going from £900 to £1800.
  • When to start dress shopping?
We recommend at least 6-8 months before your wedding. As every dress is made to order, It can take up to 6 months for the dresses to be delivered to our shop. Add another 2-3 months for alterations fit. While some designers can meet short deadlines, giving yourself enough time will save you from rush fees and stress.
  • What sizes are your dresses?
Our standard sample sizes are in a size 10 but we can make most dresses fit for larger and smaller brides using pins and panels.
  • If I am early can I come and browse the dresses before my appointment?
I am afraid we don’t have a waiting area as the whole shop is taken up by each appointment, so if you are early or meeting your family and friends before then its a good idea to arrange to meet at the number of coffee shops near by.
  • Please don't...
...wear lipstick, heavy foundations or fake tan to your consultation appointments or dress fittings as there is a high risk of it coming off onto the dress. We cannot be held responsible for any make up transferred onto your actual dress if you choose to do any of the above, and it will be your responsibility to try and get the make up removed.
